What Makes Noor Special

Noor: Festival of Lights stands as Dubai's biggest Diwali celebration, bringing together people from all backgrounds to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. This unique setting offers visitors glimpses of traditional dhows floating by while enjoying modern amenities and world-class entertainment.

The festival kicks off with a breathtaking fireworks display on October 17 at 9:00 PM along Dubai Creek at Al Seef. This free spectacular show promises stunning lights and colors reflecting off the water, creating a mesmerizing backdrop against Dubai's historic quarter.
